Royals face tricky tie in Fa Cup.

This Saturday sees the Royals have a break from their impressive league start when Midland Premier Division Brocton Fc come to Coles Lane for the Preliminary Round tie.

Brocton are no stranger's to Coles Lane having played against us twice in recent seasons and their record on the 3G is good having won 1 and drawn 1.

Royals manager Neil Tooth spoke to us this morning with his thoughts on the game.

"The Fa Cup is always nice as there is a big WHAT IF feeling for every side that's involved." said Tooth, "There are always 1 or 2 sides from our level that make it through to the 1st round so why not us this season ? You need a lot of luck along the way but at the start its always good to dream about what could be but we must focus all our attentions on Brocton as they are a good side that have caused us problems in the past. We have done our homework on them and had them watched but to be honest in a cup tie that all goes out the window so we will focus on what we are good at rather than any weakness we feel Brocton may have."

Kick Off Tomorrow is 3pm and should the game end in a draw the replay will be Tuesday at Brocton Fc.
