Next Up: Hyde United

2 years ago By SCT FC

The Royals travel to Hyde for the very first time in their history.

The Royals are in mid table and anxious to put in some good performances between now and the end of the season and finish as high as possible in what is their first ever season in the NPL premier Division. Hopefully performances like the outstanding one at home to Blyth Spartans last Saturday.
1st team manager Toothy has this to say:-
"We will be looking for a repeat of our performance on Saturday rather than what was served up on Tuesday at Grantham. There will be a few changes to the starting line up as we looked a bit flat at Grantham and I don't see the point in having a good squad if you're not going to use them. Hyde are another side that are looking to move away from the relegation places so we know they will have more purpose about them and if we don't match that, we will get beaten. We need to start putting a number of good results together as we still have a target we want to achieve."
