I am doing the Birmingham Half marathon in just over a month's time (19th October) for the Birmingham St Mary's Hospice which do a great job for people and families that are living with incurable illness across Birmingham and Sandwell. I have seen at first hand the work they have done with families as I know a few people that have lost loved ones at the hospice, and without them their lives would have been a lot harder.

I have set myself a target of £1000 and would be great to not only achieve that target but also smash it! I am now calling on some of the best fans in English football to help me achieve this and donate whatever they can, its all for a great cause and every penny that's raised makes all the pain of my training worthwhile.
