Welcome to Swaffham RUFC U9s page
At U9s players start to get introduced to contact rugby with the scrum, lineout and tackle introduced.
The scrum and lineout are not contested and the tackle is introduced safely and slowly so the players can adjust to the move up from tag rugby. All efforts are taken to ensure that fun and safety are at the forefront of U9s rugby during this period of change.
If you would like to bring your child along to try a session please come down to one of our training sessions. These currently start at 10.30am on Sunday mornings.
