An idea was discussed recently about having a girls / women's only training session at the club.
The idea is that it will be some point after the GCSE exams period.
This would be touch rugby to start with and be open to U7s to Adults.
We have been told there is a need and a desire out there to set up a ladies team and also develop youth squads so this is an opportunity to start this off.
As a club we will provide facilities, coaches and equipment on a date to be set but what we need first is commitment from people that they would be interested.
This event will be open to non-members and will be FREE to attend. If the desire is there to continue after the initial event then the club will support this.
