Mike Penistone, a world class rugby coach, stopped in at North Pickenham Road on Tuesday 2 September to deliver a training session to the senior squad in front of most of the club's mini & youth coaches.

Mike returns to Swaffham RUFC most years having first visited the club whilst with Leicester Tigers. He is on a brief visit to the UK from Australia where he is based.

The senior team were put through an intense training session whilst Mike worked with them as well as engaging with the club's coaches on key skills and identification of players' activities.
