3-0 defeat

Last weekend's punishment of the pitch put pay to both the Under 18's and Reserve fixtures at Shoemakers Lane this week, still lots of work required to recover the damage in preparation for the First Team's meeting with Cornard United, next weekend.
The Pedlars on the road to Framlingham Town on Saturday, in contrast, sunshine and blue skies, however luck not with the Pedlars, denied a penalty in the opening minutes of the game, which may have changed the course of the afternoon. Following the reverse tie where the hoops of Framlingham and stripes of Swaffham produced confusion for those spectating, the Pedlars chose to change strip to red shirts as sponsored by Swaffham Building Supplies.
Two nil down at half time, with Swaffham having most of the play, uncharacteristically, Joe Jackson missing a lob on a one on one with the keeper, which would have levelled the score at one a piece.
The final dsamage done five minutes into the second half, a mis-cued cross by the Framlingham right back netting, surprising everybody, both on and off the field!
The Reserves look to continue their campaign next weekend away to Buxton, the Under 18's after two weeks out are away to North Walsham.
A great win last Sunday for the Veterans, four one against Harts, two goals from Keith Rix and two own goals. The older Pedlars have a local derby next weekend away to Mundford.
