Please download and print the Swanage & Wareham Registration form 2014/15, fill in and bring to the registrar. If you child has changed school/address or any other data changes, you will need to download the RFU Registration Form, complete it and bring it to the registrar with 2 passport size photos (they do not have to be passport quality - any recent snap will do!)

Please bring payment, cheques made payable to Swanage & Wareham RFC Mini & Youth.

Forms can be found on this website from the tab named "CLUB INFORMATION", drop down to PLAYER REGISTRATION, scroll down to DOCUMENTS.

There will be a £5 penalty for any player registered after 31/10/14 - this does not apply to new players or players transferring from another club.
