To cap an incredible season, the girls won a hard fought Welsh 2nd XI cup final against Penarth after extra time and a dramatic penalty shootout.
The Swans took the lead in the first half after a goalmouth scramble saw the youngest player on the field, 15 year old Hannah Williams, firing a shot through under 18 international keeper, Ella Jackson's pads.
Penarth levelled the scores in the second half through Rachael Bradshaw, leading to a tense finale with both teams threatening to score. No more goals were scored in the remainder of normal time and two periods of extra time.
After 90 energy sapping minutes, it all came down to a penalty shootout. Both sides missed their opening efforts before Swansea's inspirational keeper, Cleggy, made three spectacular saves to bring the cup home.
