Tamworth RUFC U16's Players Represent Staffordshire

Six Tamworth Players lineup for the County against Leicestershire.
Tamworth Rugby Club players Will Derry, Will Cann, Michael McCallum, Alex Earnshaw, Kit Smith and Joe Collier were selected to play for Staffordshire Rugby Union U16s v Leicestershire U16s at Loughborough University on Sunday.
Will Cann and Michael McCallum were the starting Props with Kit Smith at Openside Flanker and Will Derry at Outside Centre. Alex Earnshaw joined the action and bagged himself a try from Fullback whilst Joe Collier took on kicking duty at Fly Half and was successful with 5 from 5 off the tee. Unfortunately Leicestershire won a tightly contested game.
All the lads played exceptionally well with Kit Smith and Will Derry also scoring tries for Staffordshire. They all look forward to upcoming games against NLD and Cheshire.
