Heanor Town are the new leaders of the Toolstation NCEL Premier Division as they picked up their fourth win out of four games in midweek.

Courey Grantham put the Lions ahead at Athersley Recreation on thirteen minutes, Lee Bennett levelled matters before half-time but Mark Strzyzweski made sure of the points for the visitors as he found the net just after the hour mark.

A 4-0 home win over Staveley Miners Welfare means Shaw Lane Aquaforce are up into third, two goals from James Eyles adding to strikes from Sam Denton and Stefan Holt.

They go above Bridlington Town who drew 1-1 at home to Pickering Town, Craig Hogg's 32nd minute opener for the Seasiders cancelled out in first half stoppage time by Sam Calvert.

And, Albion Sports have climbed into the top half of the table after they beat visitors Worksop Town, 3-2.

James Firth and Daniel Facey had the home side 2-0 up by the break, Mitch Husbands halved the Tigers' deficit but Facey grabbed his second to restore Sports' two goal cushion.

Connor Sellars made it a nervy last twenty minutes as he brought Worksop back into the game again but the hosts came away from the encounter with all three points.

And, in the only Division One game in midweek, AFC Mansfield are now second after their 2-1 win at Worsbrough Bridge Athletic, Dean Rick and Joe Naylor scoring for the Bulls after new signing Kane Reece put the hosts ahead in the first period.
