Match Preview : Teversal FC v Eccleshill United

The Northern Counties East League 2016/17 season starts tomorrow and Teversal FC start their campaign with a home game against Eccleshill United.
The two teams finished one place and three points apart last season with Eccleshill taking 13th spot with the Tevie Boys just behind.
Teversal will be looking to keep the good run of form that has seen us win five out of five during pre-season. The Eagles are also on a good run from pre-season too, after losing their first two games to higher league opposition they have hit back with four wins out of four, and the familiar Eccleshill names of Luke Harrop and Marcus Edwards have already found their way onto the scorers list.
Last season's league matches went (mostly) in Teversal's favour taking four points out of six - a 2-0 win at Carnarvon Street and a 1-1 draw up in Bradford.
Three points will be a nice way to start the season. This is when it starts to gets serious.
