Cleethorpes were already confirmed as the title winners going into their match at home to AFC Mansfield but there was no let-up from the Owls as they smashed through the 100 points barrier with a 4-1 victory.

Leigh Hutchinson struck twice in the first half to set them on their way and, although Ellis Wall halved their advantage early in the second period, Luke Mascall and Brody Robertson put the match to bed and that was followed with wild celebrations as they were presented with the trophy by Toolstation NCEL chairman Dave Morrall.

Pickering Town were confirmed as runners-up as they won 2-1 at home to Athersley Recreation, Ryan Blott and George Bissett netting for the Pikes either side of a Kieran Scargill goal for the visitors.

Barton sat on the sidelines, a point adrift in the relegation zone, hoping that results would go their way and keep the Swans with a chance of staying up going into their final match next weekend.

But, both Parkgate and Rainworth Miners Welfare won their matches to make it impossible now for them to finish outside of the bottom three.

Macole Lannaman and Alex Lill brought Parkgate from behind at third-placed Bridlington Town to win 2-1 after Andrew Norfolk had broken the deadlock for the Seasiders.

The Steelmen are now guaranteed Premier Division football as are Rainworth who also moved four points clear of Barton with a 2-1 victory at Garforth Town, Matthew Sykes putting them ahead early on before a Mark Simpson penalty restored parity but Ryan Booker's late winner proved vital for the Wrens.

Elsewhere, Handsworth Parramore ensured they will finish in fourth spot with their 3-1 victory at relegated Retford United, Alex Rippon, William Eades and Joe Thornton with their goals whilst Ryan Barker scored for the hosts.

Retford have returned to the bottom of the table after fellow demoted side Armthorpe Welfare leapfrogged them with a 3-1 win at Clipstone, Craig Morley and Gary Collier settling the match in the second half after the scores were level at the interval.

There was a 3-1 home victory for Hemsworth Miners Welfare, Richard Collier's brace helping them to a win that moves them up into ninth spot.

And, there was a 1-1 draw for Bottesford Town at home to Harrogate Railway Athletic whilst Maltby Main came away with a point from their trip to Worksop Town as Sam Forster's 82nd minute equaliser for the visitors saw it finish 3-3.

Three teams went into the final weekend of Division One fixtures knowing they could be the champions whilst one would miss out on automatic promotion despite all of them exceeding ninety points this season.

AFC Emley were leaders at the start of the day but, having completed their programme, they were hoping that Hall Road Rangers and Pontefract Collieries would slip up in their last matches.

But, Rangers, thanks to a double from Joshua Batty won 2-1 at Campion to become champions and end a four year absence from the Premier Division whilst the Colls bounced back to the top flight at the first attempt, finishing second and a point behind Rangers after their 2-0 win at Worsbrough Bridge Athletic, Christopher Wood and Michael Dunn calming their nerves in the first half.

Emley finish third, behind Pontefract on goal difference, and they will be at home to Penistone Church in Wednesday's play-off semi-finals after Penistone dropped to sixth with a 6-1 loss at Glasshoughton Welfare.

Jack Moore scored a penalty for Penistone, whose play-off place had already been confirmed, whilst two each for Conor Glavin and Adam Hayton helped Welfare to a big win.

Hallam drew 1-1 at Eccleshill United, Daniel Flynn's 86th minute equaliser moving them up into fifth and so they will travel to fourth-placed Grimsby Borough in the other semi-final, the Wilderness Boys ending their league campaign with a 4-0 win at Shirebrook Town, Adam Drury and a Kieran Barnes own goal setting them on their way before Lee Croft's late double sealed the victory.

Knaresborough Town finish the season in seventh after two each from Colin Heath and Brad Walker earned them a 4-1 win at home to Brigg Town and they move above Campion who end their first NCEL season in eighth.

Lee Holmes and Ainsley Finney netted for Main as they beat basement visitors Nostell Miners Welfare, 2-1, whilst Ollerton won at the other relegated side Westella & Willerby, Kyle Ludlow with the only goal of the game, to ensure they end their first NCEL campaign in seventeenth.

And, four goals from T'nique Fishley helped Amateur to a 5-1 home defeat of Dronfield Town.
