At Monday's AGM there was a change of top officials at Dennyfield.
Mick Lodge had already indicated his intention to resign as Secretary and Mark Holstead's position as his replacement was ratified by the meeting.
Chairman, Mike Smith, also decided to step down from his position due to family reasons and, as he put it, 'I'm eighty now you know'.
Phil Woollias, who holds a similar role with Thackley Juniors, was voted in as Mike's replacement.
President, John Boyle, indicated his intention to step down, Mike was asked to take on the less demanding role as President and he agreed.
Mick Lodge and Eddie Williams, who had earlier indicated that he was resigning from the committee, were made Life Members of the club.
All the retiring members were thanked for their services to the club. .
