Thackley AFC - Player's Presentation Night.
Thackley are to hold their Player's Presentation Night next Saturday in the Clubhouse.
This year’s Player Presentation Night is to be held on Saturday 27th May in the Clubhouse.
As most football people know, this is the date of this year’s FA Cup Final between Arsenal and Chelsea which kicks off at 5.30pm. Therefore, the clubhouse will be open from 4.30pm to enable everyone to watch the most prestigious National Cup Competition in the world prior to the players being presented with their awards. A Race Night will be run in conjunction with the event.
There will be free food for everyone and bitter and lager at just £1.00 a pint until the first goal is scored.
So, if you are a Thackley player, supporter, friend, family member or just want to see the Cup Final, put a bet on a horse or see our great set of players receiving their awards get down to Dennyfield on Saturday night.
Timetable for evening (approx):
Club open - 4.30pm.
FA Cup Final - 5.30pm. (Bitter and Lager at £1.00 a pint until first goal scored).
Race Night - First 3 Races - 7.30pm
Player Presentation - Food - 8.30pm
Final 3 Races - 9.30pm.
