All Thames 2's Players and Thames players from the past (All Stars) If i have not contacted you by text yet or via message on here then you are invited to play or just simply join in the fun and spectate for my retirment game this weekend (saturday) at Thames RFC. Details are as follows. 1, Meet at club for 12 noon 2, Changed for game ... 3, Pre games drinks at the bar 4, Sides to be drawn All Stars v my 2012/13 2nd team. 5, Kick off approx 1.30pm (celebrity refferees to be provided) 30 mins each way 6, Half time (port to be served) 7, Finish Game approx 2.30/2.45 pm 8, After game drinks at the bar and change (port in the changing rooms) 9, After game dinner (roast) to be provided for all players 10, Drinks, speeches and fun and games, light music to be provided by Brusse We are then going onto Baz Vegas in the evening and all are welcome to come along. I’ve noticed that several names have been entered on the notice at the club ordering tickets for the Aviva Cup Final on 25th May 2013 which has a kick off time of 3.00pm This is not a problem but just to remind all of those people whose names are on the notice that the Cup Final is the is on the same day at the Thames Annual Dinner & Dance which starts at 7.00pm and that to get back from Twickenham in time for this might be difficult . The England v Argentina match takes place at Twickenham on Saturday 9th November. Tickets are now available for this match and if purchased through Thames the club will receive £ 15.00 cashback for category 1 tickets and £ 10.00 cash back for category 2 tickets from the RFU if 10 or more tickets are purchased through the club. Prices of the tickets are:- Category 1 - £ 83.00 (child £ 41.50) Category 2 - £ 70.00 (child £ 35.00) Category 3 - £ 60.00 (child £ 30.00) Orders and payment of tickets must be received by 17th May 2013 by Terry Lee on 07957 155225 or email. terrylee@lcsltd-uk.com Details of the ticket allocation for th England v Australia game on 2nd November 2013 and the England v New Zealand game on 16th November 2013 still have to be received still have to be received although judging by the number of members who have shown an interest in International Tickets it is likely that in order to be fair to all that the number of tickets any one member may purchase will have to be restricted from that presently used. . To mark the club’s 80th Anniversary, The club are pleased to reveal the new strip for the 2013-4 season which is sponsored by LCS. The new shirt has incorporated the established green and black colours currently worn Thames I as well as white to reflect the original colours first worn by the club in 1933. The strip will also include green shorts and socks with white & black trimming . View » -
