I have received a letter from the Mayor of Thurrock stating that he would like to visit our ground on Sunday October 19. No doubt there will be football going on at the ground that particular day, however it would be good from a rugby point of view if we could arrange some rugby activity even if it is only training or a demonstration match.

I would appreciate your thoughts on this before I reply to the Mayor and let the football clubs that use the ground know if the visit to go ahead.
