The Thatcham Tornadoes Small-Sided Tournament in May is the main fund-raiser for our club and the reason all our players benefit from some of the lowest football membership fees in the area.

This is only possible with a successful tournament and with the help and support of our wonderful parent, manager and coach volunteers. We really do need a small army of helpers to ensure the tournament runs like clock-work.

We are currently looking for volunteers who can donate 2.5 hours of their time over the weekend to help out with car-parking duties and selling programmes etc. We will need 12 volunteers per session (Saturday AM/PM and Sunday AM/PM). Any help you can offer would be fantastic - thank you.

As a guide, the times we would need you to cover are:
Sat/Sun AM: 7:30am until 10am
Sat/Sun PM: 1pm until 3.30pm

Also, if anyone can spare time during the day on Friday to help transform the Kennet School Playing Fields into our Tournament Arena and/or help clear everything away after the tournament finishes on Sunday evening that too would be great. Whilst set up is hard work, it is also incredibly good fun and very rewarding (lunch will also be provided!)
