Ascot United enjoyed a memorable night as four goals from Ben Knight helped them thrash Combined Counties League side Sandhurst Town 6-1.
The Yellamen were level 1-1 at half-time but stormed to victory after the break at the Racecourse Ground.
Jon Bennett and Dave Hoar were also on target for the Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division side.
Elsewhere, an all-ChromaSport & Trophies United Counties League encounter saw a surprise as relegated Thrapston Town beat Premier Division Cogenhoe United 2-0 with goals from veteran Jamie Gilsenan and Ryan Gormley.
Another Hellenic League outfit, Wootton Bassett Town, defeated Toolstation Western Leaguers Calne Town 4-2, while West Midlands (Regional) League rivals Lye Town and Bartley Green will have to meet again following their 2-2 draw.
