Hinksey, who will play in Division One East, finished as Oxfordshire Senior League runners-up following being stripped of the title after being deducted nine points for fielding an ineligible player.
They will ground share with Headington Amateurs.
“We are very excited about being in the Hellenic and we are really looking forward to it,” said club secretary Stuart Parsons. “It’s been quite a journey when you consider that six years ago we were playing as Shelley Arms in the Oxford City FA.
“I think the first priority is to stay in this division, but I think it will be a few years before we win it.”
