Thirsk reach second final in two weeks

Thirsk continued their run of form with their eight straight victory, this time beating Ripon 2nd XV with the last kick of the match. The victory means that club is now in the final of the North Yorkshire Trophy and the Yorkshire 4 shield. Well done to all those who played today and we wish a speedy recovery to James Asquith and George Wissen who both picked up nasty injuries. The game was a fitting 50th birthday present for Head Coach Martin Sargent!
