U12 and U14 girls on tour in Holland.

Sophie has just won the best u14 girls goalkeeper award!!!! Well deserved!!!!!!

Day 3 - u14 Summary -- a very early pushback after very late night was probably not going to go well.!!! 6-1 defeat to the host club, a result that saw them qualify for the final. Second games v the Germans. Great game and in traditional England v Germany games it went to penalty shuffles after a 2-2 draw - they squeezed a win that even included a video referral.!!! Amazing few days. Proud of THC u12 and u14 - well done to all players - Thanks to those with the party and those who came out to see us.!!! Happy days.
Day 2 - U14's - Game v North Holland Regional Team - Super Energy, went 1-0 down, pulled back to 1-1, went 2-1 down before really going for it in last 5 mins, but they sneaked one with the last touch of the game. Super proud. Their coach was going nuts, we were going mental. Big shout out to our u12's beating Amsterdam 3-0 this morning --- Go Team Thirsk ( Thirsh) :). Euro hockey league finals here we come........Keep the singing going THC
U12s on our way for day 3 Hockey !

U12s team talk before first game on tour. Go girls.

Tough game 9 aside but they played some great hockey. Player of the match Nahia. Lost 4 -0 against an exceptional Dutch team.
3rd game for U12s feeling tired, these 20 min each way games are now starting to tell. All have worked so hard for each other playing with true Yorkshire grit. Loosing 4 -1 this time around. Everyone should be so proud of them. One injury in this game called for medics T did not want to be carried off but she was once medics checked her over bandaged up her foot she was raring to get back on the pitch. Emilia Reeve player of match in this game making some outstanding saves.
