After a defeat the weekend before they knew they needed to step up there game.
Thirsk took time to settle into the game with a bouncy pitch and Leeds hungry to get the points the defence were put under a lot of pressure. Wasn't long before Leeds were 1-0 up.
Suddenly things started to gel and fall into place the tables turned and Thirsk started to put Leeds Uni defence under pressure a lot of opportunities created and just before half time Thirsk equalised with a very composed goal by Bea bell.
A constructive half time talk by the coach made Thirsk want the 3 points even more.
Thirsk carried on moving the ball well, right forward Kathryn Barrett timed her run to perfection and bagged another great goal this season.
Player of the match Megan Allen scored a fantastic goal putting it in the top of the net with a deflection from a hard drilled ball into the D by mid field player Kat Bower.
A great team performance all round saw Thirsk bag another goal making the final score line 4-1
