Top of league versus second top. We started well, the passing of the ball was excellent. Dan Garlick had a fantastic day in goal. Unfortunately he was left unprotected apart from Don, their forward took it around Dan and hit a reverse stick into the goal. We didn't let our heads down and continued to attack the Leeds goal . Ronan took the ball into their D on the counter passed it to Josh who slotted away calmly. Leeds came back at us and we soaked up the pressure. We went on the attack and had a couple of penalty flicks turned down. Dan and the defence coped well with Leeds pressure at one point we had two players sent to the the half way line for breaking early at a short corner. Don and Tom were left in defence with Dan and yet Leeds couldn't score a goal. The game ended 1-1, with Leeds saying that this was the first game they had not won this season.
