Friday May 9.
We are meeting at the Black Horse in Thornbury for Bacon Rolls and pre-journey refreshments. The pub will be open at 5.00am. All tourists are expected to attend the first Tour Meeting at 6am prompt, immediately prior to departure together to Gatwick in our club ties.
We are due at Gatwick for 10.30am check in. Everybody is permitted a check in bag weighing no more than 20kgs and you may take hand luggage should you require it. For full details on luggage rules, please see the Easyjet Website.
We are due to arrive at Palma Majorca at approx. 4pm local time, where we will be transported to our hotel. We have a bed and breakfast booking. For those of you who need to tell your Mummy where we are staying, we are booked into the Vistanova in PalmaNova. The room draw will take place on the coach on the way up to Gatwick (unless we are obliged to do so earlier).

Saturday May 10.
After a court session (time / location to be confirmed) we will be collected from our hotel at about 12.30pm and transported to Bahia RFC, where we will take part in a triangular tournament with Bahia and Burnage RFC from Manchester. Dress code will be Tour Polo shirts, which will be provided upon departure from Thornbury. Following post match refreshments, we will be transported back to our hotel by about 8pm.

Sunday May 11.
This is a ‘day of leisure’. There will be a court session at a time and venue to be confirmed, before spending our day at leisure. It is likely that a Bar will be nominated where the Tour Beer fund / kitty will be spent at some point during the day.

Monday May 12.
We will be collected from our hotel at 7am and transferred to the Airport for a 7.35am check in. We will land at Gatwick at 11.05, before being transferred back to Thornbury.

Rules:
Be at the Black Horse for 6am on Friday 9-5-14 in your club tie.
Attend all (both) Court Sessions.
Attend the Rugby Tournament on 10-5-14 in your Tour Polo Shirt.
The Ball is ALWAYS in Play (See Stuey Adams).
5 year old Peeing only, between 10am and 8pm, whilst in Majorca.
Follow any other rules – that will be set later.

Other points to be aware of:
Liam Pemberton is our Tour Captain and he may ask you to carry a playing shirt, please do so and ensure it gets back safely.
There may be an obligatory whip round (probably €10) before arriving at Gatwick, to raise some excess funds required to pay unforeseen expenses.
The rugby will be played on a 3G pitch, which is likely to be firmer than a UK 3G pitch.
Be ready to leave the Hotel at 7am on Monday 12-5-14, unless you have alternate transport home.
