Thornbury RFC are keen to help develop the skills and experience of its players for the mutual benefit of the players and the club and Club Members will not be surprised that Ed Sheldon and Jak Evans have been the subject of enquiries from elsewhere.

After a season at Llanelli where Jak was the club’s first-choice scrum half, and Ed’s meteoric rise to become the Gloucestershire version of Shane Williams, both players are being loaned to Moseley for two weekends. This means they will be missing from the home game with Wells but will be back for the following league matches.

Ed is starting for Moseley against Worcester at Sixways on Saturday. The second game is away at Nottingham on Sunday 7th December.
