Rhiannon, daughter of TRFC stalwart and Life Member Annie, currently plays scrum-half for Cardiff Blues Ladies and makes her international debut at Cumbernauld on Friday evening.

She played through Mini and Junior rugby at Thornbury before playing senior club rugby for, amongst others, Worcester.

She previously played for England U20s Ladies, and has also represented the Wales Ladies Sevens side.
