Members of the Club (Life, Full, Playing, Colt and Social) can be considered for nomination by the Club to be able to purchase these priority sale tickets, to a limit of 150 members.

The steps involved are:
1. Send your full name and email address to steve.bagnall@blueyonder.co.uk by the 30th April 2014. Please identify which matches from the attached list of matches you are interested in and how many tickets you would like (maximum of four per game).
2. The Club Management Committee will review the number of members making a request and the number of tickets requested against the member limit of 150 and the total ticket allocation. If either the member limit or ticket limit per match is exceeded, the members to be nominated and ticket allocation will be decided by the Club Management Committee. Twickenham games are likely to be restricted by the Club Management Committee to two tickets per nominated individual.
3. The names, email address and ticket allocation will be uploaded by Steve Bagnall to the RWC2015 ticketing website from the 6th May 2014.
4. Once entered you will receive an email inviting you to register with RWC2015 ahead of the ticket sale.
5. The tickets go on sale from 16th May 2014, and you will be able to purchase them on a first come first served basis. The sale ends at 6pm on the 30th June 2014. You will pay for them immediately, receive confirmation of their purchase, and the tickets will be sent to you directly in the summer of 2015.
6. Applicants may purchase further tickets in the public sale.
