Bramley 3-2 Thornes

The game started with end to end football. Bramley settled into the
game first and they took the lead. Thornes attacked from the restart, Luther Ndebele crossed for Bailey Hall to hit the ball first time but he was denied by the keeper.

Another goal saw Bramley double their lead. Thornes had some hard work ahead of them to get back in the game. Thornes played out from the back. Aaron
Hill passed to Jack Hudson, who's ball was was flicked on by Bailey Hall to Kieran Lawn. He beat the last defender and then the keeper. Thornes were back in the game at half time.

In the second half Thornes upped the pace and created chances, but they were denied by the Bramley keeper. However Thornes kept going and equalised with a Jamaine Donnelly goal.

The last quarter of the game was end to end, with some great battles. Both teams squandered chances to take the lead, before Bramley made it 3-2 from a long through ball.

Thornes didn't give up and pressed hard for the last five minutes, they hit the woodwork and the Bramley keeper pulled off some good saves to keep Thornes from scoring the equalised they deserved.

The Lala's Restaurants Man Of The Match was given to Elliot Hammond in the Thornes Defence. Coaches Man Of The Match went to Daniel Van Der Berg and Kieran Lawn.
