Our first game against Bradford didn’t quite go to plan but a great performance in coming back from 3-1 down to draw 3-3 with a brace from Ellie and one goal from Ben Wilson.

In our second game things were a bit different and Thornes were on the front foot from the beginning, with Andrew in fine form in front of goal grabbing Five himself and Ellie and Phil both also getting on the score sheet to beat Halifax 7-0.

Our third game was against an Allstars team and again Thornes were not shot shy, they went on to win 7-3, with Four goals from Andrew, Two from Ben Wilson and One from Ellie.

Player of the tournament went to energetic runner Adam who ran and ran his heart out.

Well done all one step closer to the title??
