Over the past few seasons Thornton Cleveleys Rugby Club have slowly grown and grown. The 2nd team have developed to the point where they have been promoted to a league in which only 3 substitutions are allowed. For those who have followed TC over the past few years they will know that regularly the 2nds have had anywhere between 5 and 15 subs.
So after much debate the club have taken the decision to enter a 3rd XV into the Raging Bull Leagues. The side will be led and managed by club Veteran Pete Rae. Pete will be assisted by Marcus Pinnington.
The 3rd XV will be competing in Division 5 North of the Raging Bull Leagues. Most of the teams in Div 5 North are local to TC so travelling wont be an issue. The sides competing in Div 5 North are

Preston Grasshoppers 6

For this to be a success we will need ALL club players to make themselves available as much as possible. Also if you have played for the club in the past 20 years. Expect a call from either Pete or myself.

With this expansion, the club are actively looking to recruit new players. No matter your previous experience or level you will find a warm welcome at Thornton Cleveleys.
