The previous fixture played at the windmill ground earlier in the season saw Thornton fight for the 14-8 victory over the tough old opponents. This weekend will be equally if not harder than the first game.
Clitheroe currently reside at the bottom of the table so will be more than vicious and eager for the win for those crucial points to get them safe off the bottom.
