This summer the Cricket World Cup arrives in England & Wales, as part of the tournament clubs around the country have the opportunity to become 'World Cup Clubs' and also access funding opportunities of up to £1000.

We are delighted to announce that Thrumpton Cricket Club is one of those clubs. As well as some world cup themed events happening this summer we have also been selected for a donation of £1000 toward the refurbishment of the Kitchen in the pavilion.

The Kitchen in the pavilion Thrumpton has not changed much since it was installed when the new pavilion was built in 1998.

As several parts of this kitchen are not now up to current standards we felt the time was right to refurbish the kitchen. We are delighted to receive the money and with other donations lined up the refurbishment will take place before the start of the 2019 season.
