A reminder that pre-season starts at the club next Tuesday!
We will be running 2 sessions a week:
Tuesdays 6:30pm ready for a 7pm start, until 8:30pm (we expect everyone to attend this session at the very least)
Thursdays 6:30pm ready for a 7pm start, until 8pm
All sessions will start at 7pm with the warm-up done prior to this so please do your best to get there on time.
It’s a big year ahead for The Rangers and the plan is to continue where we left off from last season and Lewi and Kev will look to build on our skills and technique as well as game plan.
Fitness will of course play a part but the sessions will be designed for all abilities. If you want to be sure of making the squads for the start of the season we will expect you to do your own physical training outside of club training.
Last years numbers at training were great so lets try and get as many down to the club as possible and please let me know if you are unable to attend, this will help Lewi and Kev plan their sessions. Bring anyone else down with you who fancies a change of rugby scenery.
In order for us to develop as a team and as club and the best out of ourselves on a Saturday we need to train as a team and as a club whenever possible in the week.
