Dan or “Nugget” as he is sometimes known, is 24 years old, just under 5’ 10” and shoots right. He has been a firm favourite with Telford fans of all ages for a decade. Looking at his hockey CV you can tell why; Rockets, Trojans, Titans, Tigers - he has been there, seen it and delivered the goods across all teams and battled with the best at EPIHL level as well.

The 2 notable exceptions are Nottingham Leopards in 2008/09 and Solihull Barons in 2014/15. He was back in a Tigers shirt with Tigers NIHL for 2015/16 and he’s returned again this season!

One of the most hardworking D men on the circuit, Dan plays every game like it was his last. Never shy to battle in the corners if necessary, this is a player who plays with a passion and desire that few can match. If the gloves need to come off he can deal with that too. Yet, his character is somewhat unassuming – until he hits the ice!
