Josh began his career as a forward, transitioning only a couple of seasons ago into the role he now occupies and is central to the D core. Just like many of the roster around him Josh is a product of the Telford Junior system, subsequently progressing to the Telford Titans before moving to the Tigers NIHL. Even though playing in defence, Josh has still managed to knock up points on the board and is always looking for the opportunity. He plays with the vision and maturity of someone much older than his years.
