The Dockers started well and took lead when Aldwinckle put the ball towards goal and a home defender turned the ball into his own net. On 30 minutes Saidy found Aldwinckle who this time shot home. Just before the break defender Nick Boulatsis hit a fine effort from the edge of the area and it rifled into the roof of the net.

Newham came back well and scored on 58 before another attack just past the hour caused the visitors concern. Within a minute this was elevated when a clearance hit Connor White and deflected over the head of the keeper into the net. On 74 Newham United scored again when the ball was bundled home.

Late in the game Regan Mead had a good effort but was well saved. Captain Ben Austin put in an outstanding performance at the centre of the defence.

In the 3rd Round Tilbury entertain Hadleigh and Thundersley with the game to be played on 14th November 2015 1.30pm ko.
