by adding new faces to the squad before Saturdays opener away to Heybridge. With the new signings this week I hope this will hot up competition for starting places. We are still looking and talking to another one or two additions to join the club, we will know more about these players next week. We have released Tom Cruz, this was done mutually as Tom was not picked for this weekend, I felt he was not right for Tilbury at this point in time. Now we must get focused for this our first game of the season which is a very tough league game v Heybridge. The sqaud for this encounter has three suspensions to contend with with Ben Turner Captain out for one match, both forwards Jack West and Adam Bolle are suspended for three games and will not be avalible until we Grays Athleic on Bank Holiday Monday, left back Aaron Matthews is out as he is away on holiday. I hope our traveling fans are in excellent voice for tomorrows encounter, if anyhthing like the support the team got against Grays would be fantastic. I just hope the team can give the fans somthing to cheer about as we do value their support which is very important to the football club.
