Ian has managed the first team with distinction this season against adverse weather conditions and half his coaching staff leaving throughout the season. Ian has led the team to sixth in the league and a semi-final of the league cup. Ians statement reads " I have enjoyed my 3 years at the club and the challenges we have faced together". With the off field changes in the committee Ian feels that the time has come for a fresh challenge.
