The changing rooms have been redecorated and repairs carried out.
New water heaters and taps have been installed in the two kitchens and the wc's in the executive lounge and mens toilet in the club house.
A section of the underground pitch drainage pipework has been pressure jetted to see if the water logging of the pitch that we suffered last year can be alleviated
Pitch repairs have been carried out with new turfs laid where the assistant referees run and on some areas of the pitch, large ares of the pitch have also been reseeded by the groundsman
The fence has been repaired following last winters damage due to the storms
The club shop has been redecorated externally along with changing rooms and some of the other outbuildings
Repairs to the damaged footpaths around the ground are being carried out
There is continual grass cutting, weed killing and general ground tidying
The damaged seating in the main stand has been repaired
Alterations have been made to the club house and boardroom to accommodate the academy students

A majority of this work is being carried out by volunteers to whom I am very grateful to. We are still looking for an electrician to assist and or advise with regard to the installation of emergency lighting in the main stand also any extra help will be appreciated especially on a Saturday morning. There is still painting that needs to be done and also the clearance of undergrowth and the general tidying up the perimeter of the ground prior to the start of the new season. I know they are not glamorous sounding jobs but they make a difference.
