Special General Meeting adopts proposed changes
The scheduled SGM was held at Pould Wood Golf Club at 8pm on 4th January 2011
the agenda consisted of 1 item only - which was to consider and, if agreed, to adopt the proposed changes to our Constitution and Rules and Operating Procedures.
I am pleased to confirm that the proposed changes were adopted in full. A copy of our revised Constitution and Rules and Operating procedures are now shown in the "Club Information" section of our website.
