It's the turn of Neil Cooper's 2nd XI to host a TPE club night on Saturday 19th August following their home fixture against Otley CC.
They will be launching the 1st ever TPE Beer Pong Tournament. A round robin, elimination event featuring 16 teams of 2 players will compete for the coveted TPE Beer Pong Champions title as well as lifting an as yet unnamed prize!
There will also be a BBQ on the go providing ample burgers and hot dogs to the masses as well as plenty to drink from behind the bar.
Entry to the tournament will cost £10 per player which will cover the cost of the drinks needed to play.
We hope for another fun club night following on from the 1st team's very enjoyable Curry and Quiz night last month and hope that you all come down to support it. Anyone is welcome to attend so please bring family and friends along, the more the merrier. Please contact Neil to confirm your place in the competition. If you don't want to take part in the tournament you can still enjoy the BBQ and watch the fun of the games.

Beer Pong
A game based around throwing ping pong balls into your opposition's pyramid lined-up cups across a long flat table. Each time you land a ball in one of the cups your opposition must drink the contents of that cup and remove it from the table. The winner is the 1st team to eliminate all 10 of their opponents cups. We plan to use fruit cider in the cups but this can be substituted for an alcoholic/non-alcoholic alternative if necessary.
