Goals from Steve Marwood and Callum Oliver give The Millers a comfortable win away at Bemerton Heath.
On a freezing night at Western Way, T&E put in an excellent performance and thoroughly deserved the 3 points.
Craig Feeney was first to put the ball in the net after a superb through ball from Matt Hardiman but the flag went up for offside but The Millers kept up the pressure playing some superb flowing football creating some decent chances, but could not get the breakthrough. The three teenage frontmen, Feeney, Callum Oliver and Zach Anderson were a constant threat to the Heath defense and it seemed only a matter of time before one of them scored, but it was a 45th minute penalty that got the Millers off the mark, Steve Marwood converted after he was dragged down just inside the area.
Bemerton equalised in the 50th minute, a scuffed clearance was crossed back into the danger area and O'Keefe bundled it home. The home side, who changed their formation to try and compete with the dominant Millers midfield, worked a little harder to try and take control of the game, but it was not to be, 10 minutes later, Callum Oliver latched onto Phil Ward's long pass, and his first time finish crashed into the bottom corner to make it 2-1.
Craig Feeney had the ball in the net again soon after, this time the linesman flagged for a corner as Anderson beat 2 defenders on the byline before crossing it into Feeney's path.
The Millers were comfortable winner and hope to push on in the busy period ahead, looking to consolidate a place in the top ten.
