Tows are lucky enough to be able to run the bar at the Blakesley Show and have the much-needed profits for the club funds. (it is one of our best fund raising events of the year.!) Blakesley Show is one of the oldest Agricultural shows in the country and this is the 133rd year of it. To run the bar for the whole day is a great piece of organisation, coordinated as ever by Duncan Wakelin.
To staff the bar and do the other ancillary jobs requires volunteers to make it work well. We are open throughout the day so if you can do an hour or two to help, (you don’t need bar experience!), especially in the evening when it is really busy, please contact Duncan via email dwakelin@farming.co.uk
