We as a club are encouraging anyone who has played occasionally plays or just wants to stay fit to come a long for the next 4 Thursday night 7:30 till 8:30 for a run around playing touch rugby.
The idea of the sessions is to get people back into the game without having to start off with full on contact session.
Mike Bristow, Matthew Saxby and Paul Smith will be there every week as points of contact for all of the sessions.

Sessions start on Thursday 11th January at 7.30pm till 8.30pm. Every Thursday there will be food on offer so stop and grab something to eat and have a drink.
