NEW PLAYERS ALWAYS WELCOME
There will be fitness and conditioning sessions starting 02/06/15 and every Tuesday and Thursday thereafter – 6.30 meet for 7pm start
All welcome, players, non-players – any age
These will be run by Tom Willgoss and Mike Boyle and will be based around Strength and Conditioning techniques
Sessions will provide a good base fitness for all participants with an aim towards the start of official Rugby Training in July
