Last year we changed our Mini & Junior Rugby subscription fee to £15/month (for one child) or £20/month (for two children). We have also recently established a new organisation structure for the club – Trafford MV RFCC (holding the main assets and sporting arm) and Trafford MV Sports Club Ltd (subsidiary trading company). This is required to meet new HMRC regulations and follows RFU advice for CASC status clubs. To maximise the benefit of being a Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC) your subscription is now split into a £5 membership fee with entry into the Monthly Venture Draw - which gives you the chance of winning up to £200 each month, and the remaining amount is treated as a donation against which we can claim Gift Aid. This membership subscription runs over 12 months and contributes to the cost of rugby equipment for the Minis/Juniors and helps fund our development projects.

To take full advantage of Gift Aid to the Club, we are asking all parents who pay Tax to complete the form below to give us your permission to claim the Gift Aid from HMRC. Could you also please confirm which children are playing with us and are covered by your monthly payment.

If you have joined TMV this year then we will already have your gift aid form, so no action is needed.
