The GROW Your Club workshop is an England Rugby initiative to assist Clubs in overcoming some of the obstacles they face in getting more players involved, playing more regularly and increasing their rugby offer. It has been designed to facilitate the sharing of good practise amongst clubs, highlight areas where RFU support is required, identify what Good looks like and support the creation and implementation of action plans. Particularly in the 16+ and adult game.
