If you are not away on holiday or treading the marbled walkways of the Trafford Centre then we would love to see you on the touchline of Trafford MV cheering on your local rugby club in the final pre-season friendly before we enter the season proper - next week - with an away Cup game at Heaton Moor.

The boys have been training hard - a few still to return to action form their Summer break - and are coming into this game following a narrow but encouraging defeat at Llandudno RFC 32-28 last weekend.

MV's season soon gears up with 2 away League games at Bolton and Tarleton before Aspatria are the first League visitors of the season at M33 6LR.

MV are keen to find new local rugby talent to add to their squad for the new season and once again will be fielding 3 teams at Senior level.

Mini/Junior Rugby opens on Sunday Sept 3rd at 10.30am - spread the word around all the young sports people in Sale.
