WEEKEND RUGBY ACTION AT TRAFFORD MV

MV's 1st XV are back in League action this weekend with and away trip to Ashton Under Lyne. Our Juniors take on Eccles on Sunday - Please support the

Club captain Pat Eccles leads his team back into action at Ashton Under Lyne who are sitting just above MV in 3rd place in North Lancs One. MV are starting to hit better form and will be out to make a point on Saturday.
Our 3rd placed 2nd XV welcome BAE Wharton to MacPherson Park and call for your support as the only Home side this Saturday. The team have had some good wins recently and woill be out to impress their home fans this weekend'
It will be a tough away game for 2nd placed MV 3rds who travel to 4th placed Crewe and Nantwich (always a hard fought fixture). Confidence is high however and points are there to be taken.

The mini's were successful raiders last Sunday, with lots of great performances against our closest neighbours Ashton on Mersey. All of the teams hoped to follow things up with further positive showings at old foes Eccles, but half term and a reluctance to meet us head on has meant a few sides are without games due to late cry-offs.
